During Holy Week, I’ll be leading a two-night seminar on The Emotions of God: Making Sense of a God Who Hates, Weeps, and Loves.
Here’s the description: “While many Christians may not want to associate emotions with God, the Bible is full of stories where God expresses deep emotions. Jesus was certainly never embarrassed to feel and talk about his emotions as we see in the Gospels, particularly in his final days before Good Friday. In this Holy Week seminar, we will reflect on Jesus’ emotions, and what it means for us to follow the example of our emotional Savior.”
Wednesday and Thursday (April 1-2) from 7:00-9:30 pm at Covenant Church, 4000 US-202, Doylestown, PA.
