I will be participating in the Attaching to God Summit, October 15-17. This online summit will focus on how to grow a deeper relationship with God. The sub-title is, “Growing Emotional & Spiritual Health.” Pastors and therapists, authors and professors will be participating.
My session will be on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Here’s the line-up that day:
1) Dr. Beth Felker Jones: The Use and Misuse of Agape.
2) Dr. David Lamb: The Emotions of God (esp. Joy, Compassion, and Love).
3) Dr. Beth Stovell: Biblical Metaphors of Attachment: Shepherd-King and Family.
4) Dr. Scot McKnight: The Godness (Tov) of God amid the Abuse of Power.
